Abstract

Spirituality has become an important topic for organizational scholars in recent years. Some scholars believe spirituality could be the ultimate competitive advantage of the century. Spiritual intelligence, as a set of abilities individuals use to apply, manifest, and embody spiritual resources, values, and qualities in ways that enhance daily functioning and wellbeing, could be serious for organizations who try to improve performance through spirituality. In this research we have studied the effects of spiritual intelligence on employee's work engagement. Results show a positive correlation between the two variables.
