Organizational culture is the topic recently which is reached in the realm of management knowledge and organizational behavior. Looking for new ideas and research in management, organizational culture has become increasingly important and one of the main topics of the management association is formed. Culture is the driving force in today's organizations. From Hofstede's view organization Culture is built, a variety of factors, including individualism, organizational power distance, uncertainty avoidance, masculinity and Femininity. Purpose of this study was to evaluate the impact of Hofstede's cultural dimensions on resource allocation process in Charity institute. Research method is descriptive – survey. And a questionnaire was developed to collect data. Research sample consist of 96 people from managers and deputy of Charity institute of Sistan and Baluchestan. Research results show that all Hofstede's cultural dimensions have relationship with resource allocation process.
