According to international experience, we can say that the growth of the client environment is related to certain factors including economic, political, legal, technology, and infrastructure. Each of these factors has its elements and functions. In this respect, the main issues of the Islamic Republic of Iran is Creating a suitable working environment. Studies conducted in the client, indicating that the formation of the workspace is current. In this study, we assessed the impact of environmental factors on economic growth in the construction industry clients. According to the research goal, we investigate after many studies on the factors and assumptions regarding the data from fieldwork and a questionnaire using t, according to the results, the primary and secondary hypotheses were confirmed and all were accepted. We found that client environment growth factors have impact on Economic growth. In the end, we were ranking factors using two-factor Friedman to determine priorities of these factors on the effectiveness. According to Friedman test, economic factors were in the first place in effectiveness on economic growth in Iran.
