Provide a model for determining the factors affecting the world-class manufacturing (WCM) based on core competencies of organizations

Abstract

Nowadays, globalizations of the economy, the dominant paradigms of organizations vary greatly stretched the natural result of competition from local and national markets to international markets. World-class manufacturing organizations to the concept of continuous improvement is the key sources, has led to fundamental changes in Manufacturing and global business arena. There are two main axes: global attitudes toward markets and relationships with customers and develop for goods and services in the world. Hence, the conceptual design and the importance of flexibility and adaptation to environmental contingency model of organizations and companies to achieve Excellency has become an inevitable necessity. This study proposes a conceptual model to evaluate the production of world-class definitions and models presented in this study. With emphasis on the core competencies of the organization, building world-class organizations to achieve Excellency has four pillars: Total quality management, developing and implementing business Excellency models, lean production, continuous and comprehensive performance evaluation of employees.
