Review and ratings of effective factors on establishment of knowledge management by using interpretive structural equations and analytic network process in the Electricity department of Shiraz city

The purpose of this study was to identify and prioritize the influencing factors on knowledge management in the statistical population of Shiraz city which it's data collection process is done in the Shiraz city's electricity department.

In the first part the background of this indicator is used for identification of research model parameters. Finally the conceptual model was specified. Then, using structural equation interpretation communication between components was extracted and finally by using network analysis process the degree of index importance was calculated. And agreed indicators of organizational culture and then appropriate structures were introduced as the most important indicators for knowledge management. Our questionnaire analysis tools were MATLAB and SUPER DECISION.
