The scrutiny of planning strategic effect on performance of Mellat bank's branches in Kermanshah Province

Abstract

The main objective of this study is scrutiny of strategic planning role on promotion of performance of Mellat bank's branches in Kermanshah Province. The former studies shown that there is different direct and bilateral relations and presented the numerous results. this study scrutiny indirect the influence of planning strategic from channel of four kind of flexibility including operational, financial, structural and technological on performance using the structural equations model access to Rudd et al 2008) reference model. The results showed that the strategic planning is effective on performance of Mellat Bank in Kermanshah Province.
