The purpose of the present study was to illustrate the relationship between organizational culture and its dimensions, with organizational innovation. Research method was applied based on goal and descriptivesurvey based on data gathering method. The population of the study included 316 employees involved in Sepah bank of Markazi province branches, 174 persons were considered as sample by using Cochran formula and sampling method of rational random classification. The data was collected based on two standard questionnaires including Denison (2000) from organizational culture and organizational innovation from Jimenez et al (2008). Technical characteristics of the questionnaire (Validity and Reliability) were assessed using various criteria. Data analysis was carried out through Smart PLS software and Structural Equation Modelling method in two aspects of measurement model and structural part. The findings showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and its dimensions (Adaptability, Mission, Stability, Involvement in work), with organizational innovation.
