Emerging Concept of Electronic - HRM (An Empirical Study on the Real Estate Organizations in India)

Abstract

This paper aim to find the organizations using electronic human resource management and its impact on process of improvement in human practices and human resource management activities in organizations operating in India. In this survey, a total of five companies across India were shortlisted from real estate sector. The sample size of 100 respondents was decided. The data of this study were obtained from the primary source as well as secondary. The primary data collected with help of questionnaire result showed that organizations in the real estate sector of India using electronic human resource management system effectively. Based on the review some initial theoretical, methodical and topical implications are discussed in order to support a future research program in e-HRM.
