Human Intellectual Value: An Organizational Spectrum

Abstract

The single most important asset of everyone organization are stakeholders. Specifically, the human intellectual contributions squarely represent the knowledge required for any organization seeking advancement. The objective of this article is to discuss four essential phases of human value: inception, creation, extraction, and capacity. The elements of discussion are intended to serve as an opportunity for leadership to reflect on the critical factors part and parcel of successful, inclusive organizations.
