The overall aim of the present study is to investigate the effect of organizational culture on total quality management in central administration of transportation and all of its subsidiaries offices in the province of Hormozgan. In present study for measuring independent variable (organizational culture) by Ruber Barg and Kevin, theoretical framework consist of four types: group culture, development, rational and hierarchical and for measuring of dependent variable (total quality management) by Ebrahimpour and Silla theoretical framework. In research study statistic population consisted of employees of centraladministration of transportation and its subsidiaries offices in the province of Hormozgan in 10 town and in 11 office the number of 281 people. Regarding that the statistic population is divided into different classes that stratified random sampling method was used and the sample volume based on Cochran formula was estimated 160 people. The research findings show that four types of organizational culture influence total quality management and the impact level of rational culture on organizational infrastructure is 0.02 and more than the other cultures and the impact of development and group and hierarchical cultures is order of 0.005 and 0.006 and 0.007 and the impact of development and hierarchical cultures on main actions is 0.02 and more than the other cultures and the impact of group and rational cultures is order of 0.008 and 0.006. finally, based on research findings, were presented research and operational proposals
