Abstract

The purpose of this study is determining the relationship between quality of work life and organizational performance regarding to demographic variables in Foreign Exchange Units of Tejarat Bank. This study is a descriptive- correlation research that has been conducted through the survey method. The statistical population of this research has been included of all staffs in Foreign Exchange Units of Tejarat Bank and 132 persons have been selected as volume of sample according to Morgan's table. To analyze data have been used descriptive and inferential statistics including correlation tests of Pearson, Partial and linear regression. The quality of work life and organizational performance questionnaires have been to collect the required data. The findings indicated that there is a positive and significant relationship between quality of work life with organizational performance and its sub variables as effectiveness, efficiency, productivity, quality and innovation and also quality of work life can forecast organizational performance as positive (β=0.378). Another finding of the study indicated that there is a relationship between quality of work life and organizational performance according to demographic variables.
