“Cloud” the word which is pronounced at least once in a day by every IT [Information Technology] people now. All are focusing on cloud, but only few of them get success in cloud deployment. This paper explains about the reason of cloud migrations failure and assessments needs to be done before going to cloud, and finally it will focus on data center power whether the cloud migration is save power or not.
