The role of working women in Indian society is always being a topic of debate. In India, women's work has been defined traditionally; to take care of family is the most priority work for them. Women have to play their different role as a wife, daughter in law and mother exclusively which involves variety of works like food preparation, coordinate with husband, taking care of old age parents, responsibility of child/children and other household works. At the same time working women are involving with the dual responsibility of works, official and Family where one more responsibility become added on their head as an earner. Working women maintained the traditional work along with the responsibility of works involve at work place. The multifunctional role and responsibilities of working women increases their physical and psychological burden and more burden may increases stress level which result depression, anxiety, tension, family conflict and other health problems in their life. The main objective of the study is to identify the problems and issues which arise due to psychological stress of working women and its effects on their lifestyle. The study included to find out the status of working women in India. The data is to be gathered by using secondary data collection method and then graphical representation. The finding of the study revealed the information about working women psychological stress and their lifestyle in India.
