KM is the technique that involves the transferring of individual's knowledge into organizational knowledge the main objective of this paper is to bring out the fact that initiating retaining and utilizing the knowledge would positively influence the growth of the organization. A structural equation modelling was used to test the impact of KM on the performance of the organization. The results show that knowledge management practices measured through Indian Auto Ancillaries & Auto Components industry and knowledge positively affect the organizational performance. The knowledge management and transfer KM/KT process was examined to empirically validate the various factors that influences the Knowledge Management in the Indian Auto Ancillaries & Auto Components industry, Findings highlight the Culture/Structure, People/Skills, Leadership, and Mentoring Behaviour, that are influencing the Effective Knowledge Management, internal and external knowledge tailoring, as well as individuals‟ tacit knowledge. KM/KT processes. Further it put forth to explore the influence of efficient KM in employees capability and OCB in turn boosting the organizational effectiveness. KM process and its benefits are largely influenced by the life span of the organizing committee. To achieve some strategic developmental work, to take the company forward commercially and increase profits, that would otherwise not receive focus because of operational constraints new technology and skills are transferred into the company and embedded into the business.
