Women Entrepreneurs significantly contribute to the economic development in any country as they help in reducing poverty and unemployment. Thus, their role should not be underestimated especially by developing countries. The aim of the study is to analyses the determinants that influence female entrepreneurship in a country and how these determinants differ between male and female entrepreneurs. The study is based on literature and research that have identified differences between men and women across countries. The study helps in identifying and facilitating business networks and skills to increase the rate of entrepreneurship in the country. The research is based on secondary data provided by Global Entrepreneurship Model (GEM).
