Assessing association between employee satisfaction and fringe benefits in steril-gene life science private limited

Abstract

The study is aimed at surveying the effects of fringe benefits on employee satisfaction in steril-gene life science private limited. The major objective of the study is to study the employee satisfaction level over the existing fringe benefits carried out in Steril-Gene Life Science Private Limited. The research began by collecting data from primary and secondary sources. The primary sources were derived from questionnaires administered to the employees of steril-gene life science private limited, while the secondary data were obtained from different sources mainly textbooks, journals, etc. In research methodology stratified random sampling technique is used. The number of employees in steril-gene life science private limited is 540, which was also adequate for sample size of 262. The major findings is that in old age and retirement factor of fringe benefits the employees are dissatisfied with the benefits provided under old age and retirement in steril-gene life science private limited. The major suggestion is that the company may improve the benefits provided under old age and retirement by improving the travelling concession to the old employees and focus on the medical benefits to the family may satisfy the employees of Steril-gene Life Science Private Limited.
