The Analyze of SiemensIC Mobile Group's Bankruptcy in 2005 based on Supply Chain of Operational Management

Abstract

Analyze the supply chain of Chinese SiemensIC Mobile Group's bankruptcy in 2005, which characterized how suppliers, manufactures, distributions, and customers were linked together in operational management, the method produces products efficiently. As methods of research, analyzed supply chain and utilized Kaizen method. SiemensIC Mobile Group failed in the multinational markets because it contained high competitive advantages, which were cost-cutting measures and increasing prices, however the firm was failed business in 2005 due to expanding unnecessary businesses. The SiementsIC Mobile Group should have been more logically convincing if they fixed other business issues, which are ordering their outsourcing to other countries.
