WTO conventions have been passing resolutions periodically that it is the foremost duty of a member country to use technology for the purpose of delivering effective services to the general public. E-governance is considered to be one of the instruments by which corruption free administration can be achieved, notwithstanding that the people are required to change their mindset, otherwise weeding out corruption by technology will be a myth. The country can achieve the objectives of India Vision 2032 provided corruption is arrested. The state of Karnataka is one of the leading state in implementation of E-Governance in India. It has implemented few milestone projects both in rural and urban India. Both the governments at state and centre have invested huge sum of money. Hence it is highly essential to evaluate the effectiveness of service delivery though e-governance.
