Abstract

Socks are the basic necessity of the working man's life today and their usage and preference pattern has to be studied. The main aim of this Survey is to bring out some common trends in Socks used by about 300 people of different age groups mostly college students, graduates and teachers. New styles, preferable colours and comfort are some of the factors taken into consideration. The new preferred products and other consumer considerations are surveyed upon. From this we will bring to light what new business and marketing companies should target upon in the department of socks.
