During the past two decades, the advanced economies of the world were shifted from being production-oriented to service-oriented and such alterations caused that the contribution of services from gross production be more than 70. The intense competition among service businesses has caused that new service development (NSD) be considered as a matter of importance as a fundamental solution for getting a competitive privilege and the more contribution in services market. Researches on NSD have rapidly accelerated during the past decade. The main purpose of this paper is recognizing factors contributing on NSD in businesses relating to real estate agencies according to the model presented by Johnson et al (2000). This model is composed of four main stages including service design, analysis, development and full launch and 12 indices. This research is of an applied nature with respect to the objective as well as of a quantitative nature. Our findings indicated that the factors contributing on NSD in businesses of real estate agencies according to the model presented by Johnson et al (2000) have four main stages including design, analysis, development and full launch.
