Abstract

In order to pass the complex, ambiguous, and unpredictable circumstances of the present era and so as to survive, organizations are required to gain the important and fundamental knowledge, skills, and techniques in order to face the environmental changes successfully. Adopting the appropriate organizational features in a timely manner, along with the requirements and capabilities as well as the relevant skills, as a competitive advantage, makes organizations able to continue their progress by passing along their life cycle road and to continue to survive strongly. Among the successful organizational features is the current of organizational entrepreneurship and taking advantage of innovative and creative thinking so as to improve organizations’ affairs. An entrepreneur organization has got some features which separate it from other ones. Identification and enhancement of these features cause the optimized administration of organizational entrepreneurship and makes the organization to be more innovative. An entrepreneur organization is able to blow the Messiah breath into the body of declining organization, and to bring them their organizational life. The present paper is aimed at practically studying the steps needed to be taken in order to create an entrepreneur organization while making us familiar with the concepts and nature of this organizational feature as well as enumerating the vital advantages and factors behind its success. Like the other organizational features, accurate implementation of an entrepreneur organization's procedures and structures faces several potential and actual challenges. Existence of sufficient commitment in senior management and suitable culture in the body of organizations are the secret to overcoming threats and turning them into opportunities.
