The goal of this research is studying the relationship between the dimensions of the learning organization and readiness for change in University of Isfahan. In terms of aim, this research is applied; and in terms of data collection method, descriptive-survey from field research area. The population of the research consists of official employees of University of Isfahan, the sample of which had 125 members. Data were collected through questionnaires. For evaluating readiness for change and organizational learning Dunham, Grube, Gardner, Cummings and Pierce questionnaires, and Dimensions of Learning Organization (DLOQ) Watkins and Marsickquestionnaires were used respectively. Their justifiability was confirmed through Chronbach Alpha with coefficients of 0.706 and 0.970, respectively. Data were analyzed using single-sample t tests, two-sample t tests, ANOVA and Pierson's Correlation. The data collected confirm the research's hypothesis and prove the relationship between dimensions of the learning organization and readiness for change significance. The rate of dimensions of the learning organization in University of Isfahan is average in individual level, and below average in group level. Also, the rate of readiness for change in university is above average. Mean of dimensions of the learning organization and readiness for change among employees according to demographic characteristics (sex, age, level of education and employment experience) had no significant difference. According to the results improving dimensions of the learning organization in individual, group and organizational levels, is a necessity leading to enhancement in readiness capacity for change in University of Isfahan.
