The relationship between organizational justice, organizational commitment and job performance in the Guilan Insurance Industry

Abstract

Insurance, as a large umbrella in different fields casts a shadow over the lives of human communities and their activities and create a secure environment to compensate for the damages received by people. If an organization or in other words, the insurer organization should have a set of single-minded, diligent employees and staff with commitment to the organization can better reacted against the competition and threats. The main goal of this study focuses on understanding organizational justice at work and how organizational justice can lead to the organizational commitment and job performance. The population consisted of all employees of the insurance industry in Guilan 326. The sample of 183 was obtained according to Morgan table. The results of this study indicate that there is significant positive correlation between organizational justice and organizational commitment as common variables and their dimensions with job performance. Also, a positive and significant relationship was found between justice and its dimensions with organizational commitment.
