The study determined factors affecting commercialisation among kinnow farmers in Rajasthan by employing the use of Ordinary least Squares and Tobit regression models. The results indicate that the gross value of kinnow sold by households interviewed is valued Rs.36,640,800.00. This value represents about 51.3 percent of the value of crops sold by household the 100 households interviewed. The next high marketed produce by households is wheat which has a value of Rs.17,500,800.00 and represented by 24.5 percent of the percentage of total gross sales. An average commercialisation index of all household interviewed value of 0.960 or 96 percent indicates the kinnow producers are highly commercialised farmers. Using Ordinary least Squares the results indicates annual income, total land size, keeping of farm records, contract agreements, nature of road and total household size are the major determinants of commercialisation among kinnow producers. Age, education level of farmer, total land size, keeping of farm records, contracts agreement, access to market information, and total household size were the determinants of wheat commercialisation intensity.
