This study aimed to investigate the relationship between intellectual capital and export performance of export companies in Sanandaj. Instruments of the study were Bonti's (2000) questionnaire for the measurement of intellectual capital and Navara et al (2002) research for the measurement of the performance. Population of the study was companies established in industrial complex of Sanandaj. 116 people were selected as the sample of the study based on Cochran formula and simple random sampling. Cronbach's alpha was used to measure the reliability of the instruments. Results showed that reliability of the instruments was very acceptable. Different methods, including inferential and descriptive statistics were used to analyze data. According to the hypotheses of the study, the data was analyzed by SPSS18 and Lisrel through appropriate statistical tests. Results indicated that there was a positive significant relationship between intellectual capital and its dimensions and the exports performance.
