Abstract

This study aims to indentify and analyze the problems and prospects in mining industry of Gujarat the Marble & Granite industry faces challenges on marketing strategies as well as choice of suitable competitive management in Gujarat. In order to evaluate Marble & Granite industry, the researchers of this study support. This study aims to indentify and analyze the problems and prospects in mining industry of Gujarat. The research methodology adopted for the purpose of this study is qualitative study by collecting primary data from the target population of Mine industry of Gujarat. The sampling method and sampling size also determined as per statistical tools and data analyzed by IBMSPSS.22 for in detail discussion. The sample size is considered as 70 out of 440 from the various marble and granite mining.located in Gujarat. The data reveals mainly on significant correlation amongst external factors, internal factors, intervention of local people and responsible marble mining. It is also observed that responsible mining is the key component and significantly related with political shift, employee voice, and use of modern technology marketing tactics and protection of environmental issues. Further study can be conducted by expanding sample size and area of research.
