The activities of cooperative companies are one of the important activities of the fisheries sector, and knowledge of the state and the rate of its economic efficiency can be effective in decision making regarding investment in this sector as well as economic planning. Fisheries cooperatives are one of a variety of organizations that fishermen can eliminate their fishing needs through them, engage in economic activities with others, and sell their products through them. Certainly, the survival of these cooperatives depends on the membership and participation of the fishermen. The purpose of this study was to identify and rank the effective and influential factors in the success of Golestan border co-operative companies based on AHP technique. In terms of applied purpose, this research is descriptive in nature and in terms of survey method. The statistical population of this research is based on Delphi technique, elite, experts and senior managers of Golestan of hunting and fishing Company in Golestan province and 25 people. The results of analyzing hierarchical analytic techniques (AHP) indicate that the most important economic factors, and then individual factors, educational factors, economic factors, social factors, environmental factors, and psychological factors, affect the company's success. Golestan province has been involved in fishing and fishing cooperatives.
