The study was conducted to identify factors of consumer (n=100) current level satisfaction and expectation towards various products and services offered by sahakari bhandar. The data were collected by using a self-administered questionnaire through convince sampling method from the regular customer of sahakari bhandar of (Mulund East) Mumbai (India). The period of study was conducted on November – 1st November 2019 to 21st January 2020. Seven factors were extracted through factor analysis. The first factor extracted was loyal customer followed by special privileges, purchase preference, service preference, level of importance, flash sales, non-shopper this indicates the customer preference, satisfaction and expectations towards sahakari bhandar. The findings of this research showed that Service preference, purchase preference, Level of importance that explains customer current satisfaction and expectation towards various products & services offered by sahakari bhandar affected satisfaction. In addition, the study also found that 97% of customers are interested more when the flash sales conducted in afternoon.
