Abstract

Bio-efficacy of GAU EPN 16 (Heterorhabditis sp) tested against Helicoverpa armigera larvae on chickpea in pots revealed that mortality was more than 50% on 4th day and highest (70 9%) on 6th day at 2, 000 Us pot dose GAU EPN 3 (Siemernema nr. riobrave) and GAU EPN 16 reduced pod damage by 49 and 37% respectively to H. armigera on chickpea under field conditions with significant increase of crop yield over contiol.
