Abstract

The nematode populations isolated were Aphelenchus avenae, Aphelenchoides asterocaudatus, Helicotvlenchus dihystera, Pratylenchus coffeae and Rotylenchulus reniformis. Among the important plant parasitic nematodes, Pratylenchus coffeae had highest relative frequency at 15 cm depth at 800 m ASL during August and the relative density was highest at 45cm depth. The highest relative frequency and relative density of R. reniformis were found at 15 cm depth.
