Abstract

Out of ten different media studied, Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lini grew well on linseed and maize meal media. It required optimum temperature of 25 ± 20C for the growth and sporulation and grew well at 5.5 pH. The growth and sporulation of Fusarium oxysporum was excellent at alternate cycles of 12 hrs each of light and darkness.
