Abstract

Three field trials were conducted at three locations to evaluate four different IPM modules viz., bio-intensive, adaptive, suggestive and recommended package of practice for the management of fruit borer Helicoverpa armigera in tomato. Among the four modules evaluated, suggestive module was found to be the best which recorded a minimum of Helicoverpa damage when compared to the other modules. While, considering the economics suggestive module had recorded higher benefit cost ratio and ranked first.
