Abstract

Agrochemicals like acetamiprid, imidacloprid, triazophos and monocrotophos resulted significant reduction on YVMV incidence and mean whitefly population as compared to control treatment. Spray with the insecticides recorded higher C:B ratio by increase in fruit yield. Two sprays of acetamiprid 20SP @ 40g a.i/ha. was effective in reducing the incidence of YVMV, whitefly population and simultaneously increased the yield of okra.
