Relative occurrence of whitefly and yellow mosaic virus on some genotypes of Vigna radiata

Abstract

Green gram genotypes ML 325, ML 326 and PDM 76 were least preferred whereas Pusa Baisakhi, T44 and PS 10 were highly susceptible to whitefly and yellow mosaic virus disease. PDM 84 143 showed immunity to YMV disease under field and cage conditions. Besides, ML 325 yielded maximum while PDM 84 - 143 was moderate in yield.
