Abstract

DAC-ELISA test was performed for identification of suspected citrus ring spot virus (CRSV) on Sathgudi sweet orange and citrus yellow vein clearing disease (CYVCV) in a citrus plants. CRSV suspected samples were reacted strongly to polyclonal antibodies of ICRSV at (1:500) while the CYVCV suspected samples found positive to CYVV antibodies in all the tissue sources used. However, 1:10 dilution was found better compared to 1:100 dilution tissue samples.
