Abstract

The results showed that the treatment Rynaxypyr 20SC @ 100g a.i./ha was found to be best with the highest germination of 35.9%, minimum 1.1% cut end damage, 10.0% bud damage by termite and minimum 0.12% infestation by early shoot borer. The minimum 0.14% tiller infestation by termite was recorded with Rynaxypyr 20SC @ 150g a.i./ha. The treatment Rynaxypyr 20SC @ 100g a.i./ha gave maximum yield of 77.13 MT/ha.
