The results of pathogenecitiy of Steinernema-carpocapsae (JMU) against 3rd, 4th and 5th instar larvae of Galleria mellonella revealed that after 72 hrs, 100% mortality was recorded in 3 instars at all the doses. LC50 values for 3rd, 4th and 5th instar larvae were 24.22, 25.97 and 28.20 hrs, respectively. In case of G. mellonella, maximum infective juveniles (3.37 × 105) were produced from 5th instar larva at a dose of 160 infective juveniles/larva while as minimum number of infective juveniles (0.87 × 105) was obtained from 3rd instrar larva at a dose of 10 infective juveniles/larvae.
