Abstract

Fruit damage by Earias Villella was significantly less in aU the modules as compared to control at each picking as well as in pooled analysis. Integrated module (M3) which included seed Streatment with thiamethoxam @ 3g/kg sced + foliar spray of neem (Neembaan) @ 3 ml/lt at 40 days after sowing + foiar spray of endosulfan (1 ml/lt) + neem @ 3 ml/lt at 50 days after sowing + foliar spray of spinosad @ 3.0 ml/lt at 60 days after sowing recorded less incidence of shoot and fruit borer (4.8%) and more fruit yield (81.33 q/ha) as compared to untreated control (13.6% incidence and fruit yield 52.22 q/ha) the incease in yield over control in this module was 55.7%.
