Abstract

Results revealed that the Fusarium oxysporum fsp. pisi had capacity to produce PGTE, PTE, PG, PME, macerating and cellulolytic enzymes in various pH. Enzymatic activity increased with increase in pH from 4.0 to 7.0 resulted in maximum at pH 6.0. Afterwards 7.0 pH, the activity declined, and was significantly in the alkaline medium. Whereas no macerating and PME enzymatic activity were observed at pH 9.0
