Occurrence of Phomopsis Leaf Blight and Fruit Rot of Brinjal Caused By Phomopsis Vexans in Jammu

Abstract

The mean % leaf blight incidence and intensity recorded in 2007 ranged from 14.8 to 24.4 and 07.1 to 14.0, respectively, and in the year 2008 from 22.8 to 26.9 and 12.0 to 15.7, respectively. The mean % fruit rot incidence and intensity ranged from 07.0 to 14.7 and 03.0 to 08.0, respectively, in 2007, and from 09.1 to 14.1 and 04.9 to 08.0, respectively, in 2008.
