Abstract

The incidence of Plutella xylostella larvae appeared after 35 days of transplanting and attained its peak period in the last week of January. The population fluctuated from 2.0 to 11.0 larvae/plant. The maximum temperature, maximum and minimum relative humidity, wind speed and rainfall had positive non-significant correlation while minimum temperature showed positive significant correlation with the larval population.
