Abstract

Studies carried out revealed that the F. oxysporum f.sp. pisi was capacity to produce PGTE, PTE, PG, PME, macerating and cellulolytic enzymes in various carbon sources. The production of both the enzymes were found more in growth medium containing sucrose as a carbon source followed by glucose, whereas, poor enzyme production were observed in maltose.
