Abstract

All eigth isolates tested for their pathogenicity using susceptible variety viz. RMO-225 of moth bean, RMG-62 of mung bean, Varsha uphar of okra and M-83 of clusterbean, had varying disease incidence levels in pot culture study using sterilized and unsterilized soil. The isolate Bikaner on moth bean, Hisar on mungbean, Hanumangarh on okra and Nohar on cluster bean were highly virulent in both types of soil. The incidence of disease appeared first in okra followed by cluster bean, moth bean and mung bean in sterilized as well as unsterilized soil.
