Perusal of data indicated that among the fifteen genotypes screened, ten genotypes K-3, K-2, KH-120, KH-121, KH-122, KH-113, JKHy-1, JK-4, KH-111 and KH-119 were categorized as tolerant while five genotypes KH-117, KH-134, KH-143, KH-138 and KH-132 as susceptible. Hirsutum cotton genotype K-3 recorded minimum jassid population and gave maximum seed cotton yield, followed by KH-121 and K-2. These genotypes could be used in future breeding programme for evolving jassid resistant cotton varieties.
