Abstract

Among the treatments tested, spirotetramat 120 + imidacloprid 120–240 SC @ 90 g + 90 g a.i./ha caused maximum reduction of thrips, aphids, whiteflies, jassids and mites at 5 and 10 days after each spray. It also recorded the highest marketable yield of 133.08 q/ha. The ready mixture of spirotetramat 120 + imidacloprid 120–240 SC @ 90 + 90 g a.i./ha and the other six insecticides evaluated did not show any phytotoxic effect on chilli
