RAPD data analysis of Metarhizium anisopliae isolates recorded a total of 242 bands, of which 127 were monomorphic and 115 were polymorphic giving a polymorphism percentage of 47.5. Out of the 12 RAPD primers, RAPD 5 and RAPD 9 amplified the highest amount of bands (27 bands each). The number of fragments generated by each primer varied from 8 to 27. The primer RAPD 11 gave highest polymorphism percentage of 70.0% followed by RAPD 4 (65.2%). Lowest polymorphism percentage of 25.0% was recorded in RAPD 8.
