A replicated trial was conducted under field conditions in plots sick with lesion nematode, Pratylenchus zeae to evaluate management strategies singly and also in integration. Application of carbofuran@1kg a.i/ha served as stantard check, with one untreated check. Experimental results revealed that, all the evalauted management strategies caused significant reduction in population of lesion nematode in soil samples taken at different intervals. Maximum and significant reduction in lesion nematode population in soil was observed in plots incorporated with combination of all the treatments compared to the untreated control. Significant increase in the cane yield, cane sugar percentage, and sugar yield was noted as compared to check.
