Two foliar sprays of insecticides viz., flupyradifurone 200 SL @ 125, 150 and 175 g a.i./ha; phosphamidon 40 SL @ 300 g a.i./ha; thiamethoxam 25 WG @ 50 g a.i./ha for bioefficacy as well as effect on natural enemies along with untreated control were conducted. From the results, it revealed that the doses of flupyradifurone 200 SL @ 125, 150 and 175 g a.i./ha were found statistically effective for controlling of jassids and whiteflies on brinjal and the doses of flupyradifurone 200 SL @ 150 and 175 g a.i./ha in gaining higher yields of brinjal fruits i.e. (76.96) and (79.03) q/ha, respectively than rest of the treatments. No influence of foliar spray applications of flupyradifurone 200 SL on coccinellids on brinjal crop was observed.
