Seasonal larval intensity of Helicoverpa armigera in Chick pea

The incidence of larval population was highest (06 larvae/plant) during 12^th standard week (SW) during rabi season 2014–15. The peak incidence of larval population was (4.60 larvae/plant) observed in 13^th SW during rabi season 2015–16. Simple correlation studies revealed that weather parameters viz., minimum temperature and maximum temperature showed significant and positive correlation with larval population while relative humidity showed significant and negative correlation with larval population during years.
