Abstract

The damaged leaves due to Chromatomyia horticola were noticed for the first time during 49th standard week (SW) of 2015 and respective mean leaf damage at three locations were 5.26, 5.00 and 5.55%/5 plants with overall mean damage of 5.27%/5 plants. Maximum damage of pea leafminer was recorded during 6th SW of 2016 with respective leaf damage of 20.34, 18.71 and 19.12%/5 plants at three locations and overall mean leaf damage of 19.39%/5 plant while minimum leaf damage was recorded during 51th SW of 2015 with respective leaf damage of 5.17, 5.55 and 4.34% at three locations and overall mean leaf damage of 5.00%/5 plants. Damage percentage showed non-significant positive correlation with minimum temperature (0.136), relative humidity (0.0841) and rainfall (0.129) while maximum temperature showed non-significant negative correlation (−0.0319).
